Education:
Joey holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences Degree in Construction Management and a minor in Business Law from the University of Minnesota and is in his second year in the Carlson School of Management’s Master of Accountancy program.
Expertise:
Joey joined the Pitzl & Pitzl team in February of 2023 as an intern, and was later awarded a full-time position in April as a Staff Accountant. He assists in the completion of individual tax returns, sales and use returns, and monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
Outside the Office:
Beyond his professional and athletic pursuits, Joey maintains an active lifestyle and is a fervent advocate of physical activities such as running, weightlifting, and mixed martial arts. He also indulges in street soccer, which he finds both exhilarating and enjoyable. In his downtime, Joey explores his love for adventure through traveling and camping, finding inspiration from the diversity of cultures and landscapes. Apart from his active pursuits, he also finds solace in reading, watching movies, attending theaters, and experiencing live music events.
